For the fifth time in a row, the KSK Armament Symposium was held at the beginning of September. Not only for conventional armed forces, but also for special forces, the current threat analysis of the NATO and Bundeswehr means the necessity for a permanent evaluation of the existing structure and equipment. Whether in the Syria or Ukraine conflict or in operations on the African continent, the Russian and Western armed forces are demonstrating the outstanding importance of special forces in hybrid warfare.
