Visitors to the Security Forum 2023 can look forward to a varied programme on the topic of “Ballistics & Explosions”. Numerous exhibitors, various live demonstrations and specialist presentations offer a unique overview of the latest developments in the security and defence sector, as well as exceptional networking opportunities.
“We are delighted to be able to host our Security Forum again in the coming year,” says Ronald Gerschewski, Managing Partner of the WELP Group. “The number of exhibiting companies has grown steadily in recent years, which demonstrates the keen interest of the industry in this event. For 2023, we expect to host up to 40 exhibitors, who will present their products and services.” The event emphasises neutrality, in particular, and is designed to encourage networking in this sector.
The Security Forum will take place on the shared premises of MBDA Deutschland and TDW in Schrobenhausen, near Munich, on 25th May 2023. Originally, the event was planned for 2021 but had to be postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic. The partners of the WELP Group for the Security Forum 2023 will be TDW GmbH, the Mönch Verlagsgesellschaft and the Förderkreis Deutsches Heer. TDW develops and produces explosive-containing weapons, as well as safe and arm devices in the field of missile defence systems. The Mönch Verlagsgesellschaft deals predominantly with the fields of defence and military technology in its publications. The Förderkreis Deutsches Heer provides a forum for those who feel a sense of obligation to the armed forces and land forces, especially the German Army.
The Security Forum is exclusively aimed at representatives of the security and defence sector, armed forces, politics, business, police, the Federal Police Force, special units, Federal Criminal Police Office, OEMS and suppliers, and may only be accessed by registered trade visitors.
