We produce complex and technically demanding tools ranging from 200 kg to 40 t for series and short-run production. With far-reaching expertise, ultra-modern technologies and maximum flexibility. Thanks to our range of high-performance machines we scarcely recognise any limits in toolmaking.
Our high production depth enables us to include all processes from a single source and at our premises. For you, this means: an integrated production process that assures maximum precision from engineering, via production, right through to installation of the tools.

Toolmaking – the production stages
Machine set consisting of 3 and 5-axis machining centres and 5-axis gantry-type milling machines (working range up to 4,500 x 2,500 x 1,500 mm, maximum workpiece weight: 25,000 kg).
6-axis deep-hole drill (working range up to 4,080 x 1,865 x 1,900 mm, drilling depth up to 2,000 mm from one side). Capacity for large components with a workpiece weight of up to 40,000 kg.
Sink and wire electric discharge machines for implementation of complex geometries for components of up to 2,200 x 1,300 x 730 mm.
Modification and tailoring of mould inserts, sealing slides and hot-runner systems, production of cooling circuits and complete finished assembly of tools.
First article inspection
Performance of functional first article inspection on our injection-moulding machines and production of mouldings for qualification and pre-series needs for our customers.
Maintenance and modification of tooling (inc. non-WELP tools)
We maintain, repair and modify injection-moulding tools in our in-house workshops.
Tooling-related advisory services and project support
We provide advice on the optimum design of your tools and can plan and control the entire process for you.
We will draft the entire design of your injection-moulding tools to match the data provided for the item. This service includes not only 3D design but also ready-for-production drawings of individual parts, bills of parts and documentation. As an option, our Engineering department can generate the 3D article data and specifications for you.
Jig and gauge making
We can develop and produce for you various jigs (welding jigs, assembly jigs, laminating jigs, etc.), gauges (including inspection and cubing gauges, for example) and recording of measurements for follow-up work and qualification of mouldings.
These jigs are engineered precisely to meet your needs – from manually usable aids, up to and including semi-automated pneumatic, hydraulic or electrically operated jigs. From the very inception, we place maximum value on appropriate high-quality materials and standardised components, easy handling and optimum design. To assure products with perfect cost-to-benefit ratios.
